After the Final feedback that I got which was "the head is moving too much" whereas, for a real human, it does not move that much so, I have tried incorporating what my supervisor said in the feedback which is to make the head stay at a point for a certain time and then move fast to another waypoint which could simulate real human-like head movements.
This was the result of the experiment: (Keep in mind this is just an experiment piece, not the end product of the movement on the real head we created and can be tweaked for better animation)

I've added the minimum wait time and max wait time at the waypoint and slow, fast head movements in the waypoint which vary based on the range:
